Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Tossup ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.

Description of Service

Tossup is a decision-making app that provides 12 randomization tools including a spin wheel, coin flip, dice roller, and more. The App generates random outcomes for entertainment and casual decision-making purposes.

Subscriptions and Payments

Free and Premium Features

Tossup offers all 12 tools for free. A premium subscription ("Tossup Pro") unlocks additional customization options including themes, color palettes, expanded limits, and advanced settings.

Subscription Terms

• Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID account
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your device's Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions
• A lifetime purchase option is also available as a one-time, non-recurring payment

Refunds

All purchases are processed by Apple. Refund requests must be submitted to Apple according to their refund policies.

Tossup is for entertainment and casual decision-making only.

The random outcomes generated by Tossup should not be relied upon for critical, financial, medical, legal, or safety-related decisions. You are solely responsible for how you use the results.

Your Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use the App only for lawful purposes
• Not attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or create derivative works of the App
• Accept that random results are generated by algorithms and are not guaranteed to be perfectly uniform

Intellectual Property

Tossup and all associated content, features, and functionality are owned by Amalama Labs and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR MEET YOUR SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AMAL AMA LABS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Termination

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms.

Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
